Growing up immersed in the world of real estate, I witnessed my father, an industrialist and savvy real estate investor, navigate the complexities of the Mumbai market with finesse. His ability to identify prime properties across Mumbai, Kolkata, and Pune and his masterful negotiation skills instilled a deep fascination for this dynamic industry.

Following my Masters in Marketing and IT, this early exposure fueled my passion to pursue a career in real estate. My journey began with prestigious brands like Lodha Group, where I honed my skills. I then joined Airbnb (https://www.airbnb.co.in/) as a second employee in India and China, witnessing firsthand the burgeoning impact of the sharing economy. My experience further extended to commercial properties at Kanakia Group and Abhinandan Lodha’s innovative startup, Multiliving. These diverse experiences culminated in over 8 years of invaluable corporate experience.

Driven by a desire to leverage my knowledge and create a distinct service offering, I founded The New Door in October 2020. Today, we manage an impressive portfolio of over 520 properties across Pan Mumbai (as of July 2024).
